The French version of this article: OneHealth Tool (OHT) : Présentation, téléchargement et installation
OneHealth (OHT) is a computer software program for planning and budgeting long-term strategic plans for health programs and systems. It is a costing tool that supports decision making.
The results provided by OneHealth help answer questions such as:
- What health system resources would be needed to implement the strategic health plan (e.g., the number of nurses and physicians needed over the next 5-10 years)?
- What would be the cost of the strategic plan, by year and by contribution?
- What is the estimated health impact?
- How do the costs compare to the estimated available funding?
...
The OneHealth Tool software was developed in collaboration with several international health and research organizations, including the World Health Organization (WHO), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE), IAWG-Costing, WHO-OneHealth Tool, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, GHWA, Health Metrics Network, UNAIDS, UNDP, UNFPA, UNICEF, US Fund for UNICEF, USAID, ...
